As the head of the Technology Services Department, Jenna spends her time making sure VTS students, faculty, and staff have access to digital resources, helps manage the Rare Book Room's collections, and oversees a variety of "tech" issues in the library, including the growing implementation of AI on campus.  A connoisseur of all things Pug, she is originally from Alabama where her momma first introduced her to libraries. Jenna was taught to always write thank you cards and she loves being the hostess with the mostest.
