You're invited to a book launch and reception celebrating the publication of Turning Points in Prayer Book History: From England through Scotland, to the United States, by Matthew S.C. Olver and Nathan G. Jennings (Seabury Books).
The event will feature comments by The Rev. Matthew S.C. Olver, Ph.D. along with a special display of rare original copies of the Book of Common Prayer from the library's collections. This gathering will be a great opportunity to explore the history of Anglican worship and encounter some of the historical prayer books that illuminate its transformation over time.
Copies of Turning Points will be available for purchase and signing.
